Returns
We strive to provide customer satisfaction. If you are not pleased with your order you can contact us at kovafoodstore@gmail.com to request a return. Request must be made within 2 business days. Due to the nature of grocery items returns are limited. If you have any questions contact us to verify your items are returnable / refundable. Unfortunately we are not responsible for items affected by heat in extreme weather. If your package was damaged during transit, you may request a replacement.
Refunds
We will issue a full refund upon our receipt of returnable items. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment or as a store credit. We do not accept opened items. All items must be returned in its un-opened original package. We do not take responsibility for packages that carriers fail to deliver due to the absence of the receiver at the time of delivery.
Free gifts and Discounts
Free gifts with orders are valid while supplies last. Discounts are valid during specified dates.
